It is Blasting Time!

When my good friend asked me if he had ever mentioned The Light Blaster I immediately knew that something big is going down. And so it happened. After just a dozen emails and few days I held a piece of hardware that officially did not exist.

On my holidays away from Dublin i did it again. I was helping to build copy of my diyTilt project. Paweł Piątek wedding photographer from my town ask me for help to get the same results. Good news  tilt is working - bad news his lens look better like mine :P           

  

 

Corporate portraits

Several months ago I made a few quick portraits for the needs of the family business Joynt & Crawford. Photos recently appeared on their new website. For headshots I used white background and two flashes. I set a standard lighting, one flash to separate the person from the background and the second lamp with white umbrella as the main light so-called key. You can find more pictures on the company home page www.joyntcrawford.ie

DIY Omni Bounce/ Diffuser

Materials:  ring binder, silver tape, cable ties.
Tools:        scissors, hole puncher. 
Time:         15-20min
